Like most Galicians, I love food, and we have a great variety to choose from. I'll just tell you about two dishes (if I say more I'll get hungry. I really like octopus (particularly one recipe called 'pulpo á feira', that British stomachs don't seems to digest well, unfortunately for them) and 'lacón con grelos' (basically pork with a kind of cabbage and some boiled potatoes). But there's also oysters, mussels, scallops, and Galician veal ('ternera gallega'). Do you know any other dishes or recipes? |
