Since me and all my close family were born in Spain we like all kinds of Spanish food.

Of course I like some things more than others - like any other Spaniard. My Dad told me when Roma were more nomadic, we knew about all kinds of wild fruits, roots and herbs. Like we always added a lot of wild onions and garlic to practically every meal. We didn't have doctors who cured us, so we had to know the herbs and remedies, to stop us getting ill and make us better if we did.

I know for some people (like Muslims) food is quite a big part of their religion, but it's not like that for us.

My Mum is a seriously excellent cook, so I have no problem eating just about everything.
