| I'm not Galician or Basque, but it's almost as if I was since I love food so much. Urpi and myself have this plan of eating better and of starting doing sport regularly...... Food is not such an important thing for Castilians and Andalusians, but in their travels my parents picked recipes from here and there, such as the butifarra or the pantumaca (from Catalonia). From my mother's side, I particularly like 'pescaito grito' (small fried fish) and the 'gazpacho andaluz' (a kind of cold soup mainly made with vegetables, and of course a drop of good olive oil). From my father's side, I love pork prepared in different ways, and cheese. Have you tried cheese with grapes or with apples? If you haven't then you must! Don't worry, this recipe is very healthy! |
